  • Once you've placed your order online, one of our designers will start working on your custom design within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a design proof via email, which gives you the opportunity to request any adjustments or revisions, as well as ensure that the template fits your bike model.

    Once you approve the design, we’ll send your kit to production, where it is printed, laminated, and cut. This process typically takes 3 to 4 business days.

    When your order is complete, you will receive a notification that it has either been shipped or is ready for pickup.

    Please note: It's important to regularly check your emails during the design and production stages to ensure everything goes smoothly.

    • Design: 1–3 business days (you’ll receive an artwork proof for approval)

    • Production: 3 business days after approval

    • Shipping: 3–7 business days, depending on your location

    Overall: Most orders take 7–14 business days from order to delivery.

  • If you've ordered certain products, yes — you’ll receive an artwork proof via email before we begin production.

    This gives you a chance to:

    • Check all details

    • Request any changes

    • Make sure everything looks just right

    Production only starts once you’ve approved the artwork via email.

    However, some items are part of our ‘no proof range’. These products go straight to print without a proof, allowing for a faster turnaround — especially for designs that only need small tweaks.

    For these orders, please make sure all details are correct when submitting, as no changes can be made once the order is placed.

  • During the design and production process, you will receive regular updates via email about your design, and the status of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information from Australia Post.
