Once you've placed your order online, one of our designers will start working on your custom design within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a design proof via email, which gives you the opportunity to request any adjustments or revisions, as well as ensure that the template fits your bike model.

Once you approve the design, we’ll send your kit to production, where it is printed, laminated, and cut. This process typically takes 5 to 7 business days.

When your order is complete, you will receive a notification that it has either been shipped or is ready for pickup.

Please note: It's important to regularly check your emails during the design and production stages to ensure everything goes smoothly.
